Interviews with personal bodyguards, nightclub guards, NGO experts, the foreign owner of a security firm, and the foreign owner of PP’s best-known nightclub chain. The verdict: guns are still around, but far less than in previous decades, and the trend is continuing.
The caption to this PPP photo says that well-connected youths often keep guns in their cars. Another reason for keeping cool and collected if you’re in a prang with an Escalade.
